Button's History

Today, I'll tell you the history of the buttons.

Over 3,000 years ago, during the Bronze Age,

human made the first button.

At that time, the dandies of the day wore buttons fashioned from bone, horn, wood, metal or even seashells.

By the middle of the 1300s buttons were big business and people loved them.

From the 19th Century buttons were mass-produced. The most popular button of the 19th Century was the black glass button. By the turn of the 20th Century, picture and novelty buttons were very much the fashion. Today buttons, like clothing, come in all shapes and sizes. The future of the button seems secure despite the popularity of velcro, poppers and zips. I think buttons remain forever.

Lynn Fontanne

My birth day is December 6.
Today, I researched about Lynn Fontanne
because she was born the same day as me.
Lynn Fontanne was a British actress.
She lived 96 years, about 1 century, so long!
Her appearance film is, for example, "Second Youth".
I haven't ever known her and the movie's title,
but I'm interested in these now.
She is very beautiful actor!
I want to see the movie she appeared in.
I expect she acted very well in the movie.
Thank you.
